Hello,

Start by connecting directly to the router through an Ethernet cable:

1. Connect via Ethernet to Troubleshoot. Locate the Ethernet jack on the back of your Belkin router.
2. Reset Windows TCP / IP Settings. Click the "Start" button.
3. Check Wi-Fi Security Settings.
4. Check Wireless Broadcast Settings.
5. Reset the Router.
