I am actually unsure how to identify this properly?? I have recently had connection problems, and when I was connected to the internet originally this site stated I was being connected to an exchange 4.3 kms from where I live giving slow internet speeds..
I have been told a couple of times including recently I should be connected to an exchange 1.5 kms from where I live..
Simply put, does this site show info just from exchange boundaries or from IP's from exchanges (such as tracerts)??
Or how do I identify if I am being connected to an exchange more then twice as far then the local one??
I presume it would be done by looking at a trace route and seeing which exchange im connect to?? But how do I know the IP addresses of local exchanges??
