Doesn't work too well, or I'm reading it wrong.
If you use this tool, it states if your exchange is ADSL enabled or not, but doesn't indicate if it is ADSL2+ enabled.
The only thing I can think of is to try it again with a known ph number for an ADSL2+ enabled exchange and see what it reports.
OK 10 mins later I checked a Sydney ph number in Carlton and it did report ADSL2+ availability.
So if it reports ADSL then that's all you've got. If it reports ADSL2+ then whoopie!
Looks like I'm on a waiting list and will be forever before ADSL2+ is enabled in our town.
