When i had First Seen the Exchanges Photos i Troutght they wouldent last i dont think's safe to identify with pictures our exchanges as they could be used in a very very bad way.

Why does Telstra put massive signs up saying "Batman Telephone Exchange" at the front if they don't want people to know what they are? They wouldn't be that much of a target, because if you take down a telephone exchange, you might effect 10,000 phone lines (most of those people have mobiles anyway). It wouldn't be too high on the target list for anyone.

I figured the same. They are well known locations, usually behind or beside a Post Office for ones that are of decent size.

I certainly agree there... And anyone who wanted to target one would not need a photo of the exterior anyway. They can just go take their own damn photos.

I'm putting my money on some threat was made by Telstra, possibly using the excuse of either terrorism or their logo copyright.

Not to mention the number of images that have a car or truck in front of what you want to see.

Been trying to send photos of exchanges to photos@adsl2exchanges.com.au but they are being sent refused comes back with message "no such person at this address"

also sent back directly from Image required but doesn't seem to get there.

No problems previously when photos being sent (B4 they were removed)

The photos are not being rejected now. but don't appear to get to you.
Have tried to send single photo from exchange & also the alternative as a group of 10 photos & 2 groups of 5.
Still no joy unfortunately
