Hi, I've looked up an address for broadband options, and found that it seems to be far from adsl2, with no plans for nbn. Everywhere I check confirms this

Except for adsl2exchanges, which says "NBN Enabled: Yes"
Could this be an error?
If I can get NBN then I'd jump on it, but there doesn't seem to be any provider, and the best I can find is adsl2 with slow sync speeds

Where does the NBN info come from, and could it be verified?

Thanks
