My home is located at Peppercorn Cr, Fletcher, NSW 2287. When I check the availability of my street, it show a red dot, what does it mean?

So far, I tried to connect with adsl 1 with Telstra, oputs and Iinet, but all fails. However, when I check at telstra

Here it says, my exchanger Wallsend, and my phone area DA105, has 48 adsl ports available. Who can tell me what exact reason I can't get adsl service, as I am getting really confused with this?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Terry
